🕐 What are your delivery hours?

We operate from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays. After-hours delivery may include a small surcharge (+20%).

📍 What areas do you serve?

We currently serve Manhattan and parts of Brooklyn. Deliveries outside these zones may be arranged upon request and could include an extra fee based on distance.

🍽 Do you cook the food?

No. NoiumaX is a delivery-only service. We do not prepare meals. Instead, we partner with local restaurants, caterers, and clients directly to transport already-prepared meals safely and quickly.

📦 What types of items can you deliver?

We deliver a wide range of items, including:

• Prepared meals (individual & group)
  
• Office lunch orders (10–40 meals)
  Event catering and hospital meals
  Small business parcels
  Legal documents, envelopes, and letters
  Boxes, electronics, and furniture (via van/truck)
  📅 Can I schedule a delivery in advance?

Yes! You can:

• Schedule deliveries up to 3 days in advance
  
• Book same-day deliveries
  
• Set recurring pickups through a monthly subscription
  

💵 How much does delivery cost?

Fees vary depending on:

• Delivery type (food or package)
  
• Distance and urgency
  
• Package weight and add-ons

🚚 Do you offer subscription plans?

Yes. Our monthly plans include:

• 🥗 Basic: $39.99/month → 8 deliveries/month
  
• 🍛 Standard: $79.99/month → 18 deliveries/month
  
• 🥘 Unlimited: $119.99/month → 28 deliveries/month
  Custom enterprise plans are available for high-volume businesses.
  

📷 Do you provide proof of delivery?

Absolutely. All deliveries include:

• 📸 Photo proof of delivery
  
• ✍️ Digital signature (when required)
  
• 📩 SMS/email confirmation & tracking updates
  

🛑 What happens if I miss a pickup?

If the recipient is unavailable or unreachable, we may:

• Attempt a second delivery
  
• Charge a missed pickup fee between $9.99 – $25, depending on time lost or return trip required.
  

🧾 Can I get a receipt or report?

Yes. We email:

• A digital delivery confirmation
  
• A receipt or invoice after each completed order
  

Custom reports are also available for businesses with recurring deliveries.

🛡 Is my delivery insured?

Yes. All deliveries include:

• $100 insurance by default
  
• Additional coverage available at $2.25 per extra $100
